The client must provide accurate information about space and user requirements. They are responsible for the final implementation of the designs and for complying with all local safety and construction regulations.
Our services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results regarding end-user health or productivity. We are not liable for damages arising from the manufacturing, installation, or misuse of the provided designs.
Payments will be agreed upon per project. Refunds are only considered for services not rendered, upon written request. There are no refunds for consulting services already performed or deliverables provided.
The copyrights for the created plans and designs belong to MobilyaBenim. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the specific project for which they were commissioned.
